The Phase 2 redevelopment of Kwai Chung Hospital brings the “Green Healing Village” concept to life, with restorative terraces, gardens and welcoming communal areas designed to enhance comfort and wellbeing for patients, staff and visitors.

For this project, SPL Lighting delivered a powerful lighting management system that connects, monitors and controls lighting across 7 blocks and 15 floors each, covering over 6,000 light points and 500 sensors. With centralised oversight, intelligent scheduling and flexible zone control, the hospital gains a smarter and more efficient way to manage its spaces, reducing energy use while ensuring a consistently comfortable and safe environment.
